HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

WITH DARIAN

To book an appointment with Darian please send an email to 6ofpentaclestattoo@gmail.com with your name and the type of design you are looking to have done. Please include reference photos, budget, size (inches) and location on the body along with any other information you may find useful. Booking info will be sent to you along with a link to book your appointment and a short form to gather information on you specific request.

EMAIL RESPONSES

Once you have emailed Darian with your tattoo requests, it will take up to 1-5 days to get a response. If away on travel it may take longer to hear back.

 

HOW MUCH DOES 

DARIAN CHARGE?

Pricing varies heavily on each tattoo design. Depending on the size, detail, and body location the cost can be affected. The shop minimum for quarter sized tattoos or larger starts at $150 and then goes up from there. Darian does not charge hourly and charges flat rate by individual piece or sessions for larger pieces and sleeves. When contacting Darian please include your budget at the beginning so a design can be made that fits within the budget.

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT BEFORE

YOUR APPOINTMENT?

Booking Fee $150-$200

all deposits must be made through cashapp or Zelle or PayPal $6ofpentacles/dariankylee@gmail.com 

The Booking Fee is a Non-refundable fee associated with setting up a appointment, they assure the time will be set aside for you and a design rendered.

There is a 48 hour cancellation window for the appointment if you wish to be able to reschedule. Failure to show to your appointment date is forfeit and the third reschedule of a appointment will also forfeit the booking fee. In the event of redrawing the design after the third time, the clients deposit is forfeit and a new one must be made. you do not set up a date at the time of leaving the deposit you have 30 days from the day the deposit is made to set said appointment and the appointment must be within 90 days of the deposit date. In the instance of not claiming the appointment within said window,  the deposit is forfeit and the design will be made available to others unless a new deposit is made. 

Late policy: A client that shows up 30 minutes or later to their scheduled appointment forfeits their deposit for that appointment, soon completion of the session that day the full amount of the quoted price is due. If a client shows up late to their appointment they risk losing their scheduled appointment time depending on scheduling that day, the option to reschedule will be given but will need a new deposit to secure the appointment.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

After your tattoo is finished you will be given instructions on the aftercare process for you tattoo. All tattoos by Darian have a 3 month free touch up grace period. If you have any questions throughout the healing process feel free to email Darian at 6ofpentaclestattoo@gmail.com 

TATTOOS THAT DARIAN

WILL NOT DO?

Portraits, sacred geometry, cover ups and new school tattoos are styles that Darian will not tattoo. Please look over Darian's portfolio to get a feel for the type of work she does before sending your tattoo requests.

WILL DARIAN SHOW TATTOO DESIGNS BEFORE APPOINTMENT?

All designs will not be drawn up without a prior deposit. Once deposit is made the drawing process will start and you will see your design at your appointment. Designs will not be shown prior to your appointment. At that point changes to the design can be made, if the design warrants a complete redraw then your appointment will be rescheduled. If the overall concept and design is changed then a new deposit will have to be made.
